For orders made directly through the Vitasure website, we provide a no–quibble 30 day money back guarantee. Whether you have simply changed your mind about the product or your dog is super fussy and won't eat the supplement, simply return the product within 30 days of your PURCHASE date (please see your order confirmation email) and we'll give you a 100% refund.

Our money back guarantee is for all orders within the UK that do not solely contain Sale or Clearance items.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are returning an opened item, your return must be logged with our customer service team. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I receive the refund?

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received the item, and if a refund is approved, we will process this straight away. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment which should reach your account within a few days. 

If you have not received your refund after a few days, please contact your credit card or bank. If the payment is still not received, please contact us and we can investigate.
